This has major implications for how we feel throughout the month. Men are pretty consistent day to day, but women- we essentially have a new body every day, and every week. Number two is Knowledge…it’s the practical tools, it’s the stuff you actually do…The last part of the Food Freedom Formula is Wisdom…Wisdom is knowledge applied…We can do the right things, but if it’s in the wrong season, it’s the wrong thing…Not just blindly doing things that we think are good…but knowing how to apply them to our unique situation.” –Brooke
